How to Request a Free Sample

Provide your design file and specify the logo position.

Approve the digital proof (within 24h).

Pay the $9.99 shipping fee.

Receive your physical sample in 7–10 days.
Shipping Cost for Free Sample

A flat $9.99 shipping fee applies to all free sample requests (worldwide).

This fee covers handling and international delivery. You will receive a tracking number.

Refund of Shipping Cost

The $9.99 shipping fee is fully refundable when you place a bulk order of 20 pieces or more of the same design.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method after your bulk order is confirmed.
Important: The sample itself is completely free. Only the shipping cost is charged upfront and is refundable upon a qualifying bulk order.
