What is your typical production time for bulk orders ?
For orders of 50–200 pieces, production usually takes 3–7 working days after sample approval. Larger orders are negotiable.We’ll confirm the timeline before production. Over 95% of our orders ship on time or early.
Which countries do you ship to ?
We ship to over 60 countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and most European and Asian countries. If you don’t see your country at checkout, contact us — we’ll find a solution.
How do I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account on our website to check status.
How is shipping cost calculated? Do you offer free shipping ?
Shipping cost depends on order quantity and destination. For orders over $399, we offer free shipping to the US. For other regions and smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What if I receive defective items ?
We have a strict quality control process before shipping. If we make a mistake on our end — wrong logo, color, or placement ,please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will resolve it (replacement or refund).We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction
