At BeautyWill, we take pride in crafting custom reflective safety wear that you and your team can trust. Because every piece is made to your specifications, we want to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout the process — from first inquiry to final delivery.

1. Customized Products (with logo / text)

Since custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturing defects or printing errors.

But here’s our promise:

We double-confirm every detail (design, placement, quantity) by email before production.

We offer free sample approval — you see the real product before we start bulk production.

If we make a mistake on our end (wrong logo, wrong color, misprint), we will reprint at no cost and ship the corrected order promptly.

2. Quality Issues

If your order arrives with a defect — such as broken stitching, faded reflective tape, or a print that peels after normal use — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly:

For custom items: We’ll reprint the affected pieces free of charge.

For non-custom items: We’ll issue a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work with you until you’re happy.

3. Non-Customized Products (samples / ready‑to‑ship items)

If you purchased a sample or a non-custom item and simply changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

4. How to Start a Return or Claim

  1. Reach out to our customer care team at sales@beautywill.com with your order number and photos.

  2. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours (often sooner).

  3. Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the next steps — whether it’s a reprint, replacement, or refund.
